Who we are

J2 Fine Furniture is a furniture manufacturer based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are the business that receives and answers the messages you send through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a custom furniture request, we collect:

Your name and phone number.
Your email address, if you provide one.
What you write in the message or notes field.
Measurements, material and budget preferences you choose to share.
Any photograph or reference image you upload.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we never ask for your PIN or full card number by message.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
To build, deliver and support the furniture you order.
To keep a record of previous work so repeat orders match your first.
To reply to messages you send us.

We use your details for these purposes only. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quotation.

Who can see it

Your details are visible to the J2 staff members who handle enquiries and production. If a project involves a third party — for example a courier for delivery — we share only what is needed to complete that task, such as a delivery address and a contact number.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Photographs you upload are kept with the related enquiry so we can refer back to them while the work is being quoted or built. Ask us and we will delete your uploaded images on request.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete your enquiry and uploaded images.
Ask us to stop contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp.
